Uplifting Psychological Services
A Collaborative Approach to Healing
We're here to support your journey toward healing and self-discovery through a trauma-informed lens. Our team of compassionate psychologists are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space to help you thrive. We strive for cultural humility, knowing that you are the expert on your experience.
As mental health providers, we understand the importance of recognizing our own role in privilege and discrimination. We use Pamela Hays' ADDRESSING Model and Brofenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory to resist over-pathologizing behavior that has been adapted to survive mistreatment. We are committed to listening and learning from you, through mutual respect, and we remain accountable for challenging biases and providing care that is truly trauma-informed and affirming.
